Fitness Tip #1

This week’s fitness tip is about sticking to your New Year’s resolution and living a healthier lifestyle. Choose more plant based foods in your diet, this will cut the fat and high cholesterol elements way down. If you like watching television as a way of winding down at the end of the day, try doing quality pushups, sit-ups, and body weight squats during the commercial breaks. Every little bit counts! While running and errands and going to work, try parking further away from the building to get your step count up for the day. While doing this, think of something nutritious to cook for dinner!
