This week’s fitness tip is all about the right cardio workout for the least amount of time to burn the most fat! Any cardio workout that is done at a low intensity for an extended amount of time is ideal for weight loss. Possible options for exercises include power walking, jogging, treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical trainer, or Jacob’s ladder. Most of the machines have sequences for fat-burning zones and cardio endurance zones. Make sure to set the resistance for moderate difficulty. Do the cardio exercise for forty-five minutes to an hour. Try to do some type of cardio exercise three times per week. Thank you!
