Enjoy this Friday Fitness tip from Kirstin on how to properly do a squat. Keep your feet shoulder width apart, sit back like you are sitting in a chair, all of your weight should be on the heels of your feet, have your chest up with a flat back and your butt out, and then stand straight up without leaning to one side or the other, keeping an equal amount of weight on both feet. That is how to properly do a squat!
