The fitness tip video this week is on tricep extensions and bicep curls on the cybex machines. Make sure to adjust the back rest so that you are in a comfortable position. When doing tricep extensions, use a smooth, fluid motion and do not allow your elbows to lift off of the pad. After 3 sets of 10 repetitions, slowly get off of the machine. When doing bicep curls also use a smooth fluid motion, not allowing your elbows to leave the pad. 3 sets of 10 repetitions is also good for bicep curls. Make sure to stretch before and after lifting weights!
