Fitness Tip #6

The fitness video this week is about abdominal exercises! This video shows how to do floor core exercises such as the abdominal crunch. To do a proper sit-up, lay flat on the ground, with knees bent, feet flat on the ground, cross your arms over your shoulders or put your hands behind your head, lift your elbows up to your knees, and sit all the way up. You can also use an exercise ball to do sit-ups for a variation with similar principles. You can place your feet against a wall for added stability. Have fun building core strength!
