Fitness Tip #7

This week’s fitness video by Kirstin is all about lunges. Make sure your feet are shoulder width apart, take a large step forward making sure that your front knee is over your ankle and your back leg is bent to ninety degrees, keep your chest up to the wall in front of you, when you stand up, extend and push off. To add difficulty, use a medicine ball and do a slight twist as you are doing the lunge. Make sure to go slowly and enjoy!
