Nick Hansen, tennis teacher, discusses how to stay relaxed while playing tennis and how to keep your head still while hitting your strokes. Make sure that you completely finish your stroke with your head still, watching the ball, before you begin to move back into position in the center of the court or track the ball to the other side. Also, stay relaxed when you play tennis, do not tense your arms as you hit or try to hit the ball too hard. Before you serve, take a deep breath, and feel your arm loosen up. In between points, and after exciting or long points, take some deep breaths and shake your arms out. This will help you recover for the next point. Also, keep your feet moving, a lot of the tension spreads from the legs up. Most importantly, have fun and you will relax with ease!
